Advanced Equipment Corporation installed a 2,040 SF electric bi-parting SIGMA 'C' panel system on #8 track at the Los Angeles Lakers practice headquarters in El Segundo. The installation features invisible SOSS hinges for a clean, premium aesthetic befitting one of the NBA's most storied franchises.
Designed by Rossetti and built by Morley Builders Inc., the Lakers' state-of-the-art training facility required operable partitions that could create flexible spaces for team meetings, media events, and private strategy sessions. The electric bi-parting operation allows staff to quickly reconfigure the space as needed.
The invisible SOSS hinges ensure the partition system maintains the facility's modern, streamlined aesthetic while delivering the acoustic separation required for confidential team discussions and media briefings.
