The Jacob Javits Convention Center project represents one of Advanced Equipment Corporation's most significant undertakings, spanning 186,446 square feet across three separate projects completed between 2013 and 2021. This installation is one of the largest convention center partition systems in North America.
The system features a combination of manual operation and Spacematic automated ALPHA series panels with remote storage capability. This allows the convention center to rapidly reconfigure its massive exhibition halls and meeting spaces to accommodate events of any size, from intimate corporate gatherings to major international trade shows.
The remote storage system keeps panels out of sight when not in use, maintaining the clean architectural lines of the renovated convention center while providing instant access to space division when needed.
