Project Overview
Premium hospitality operable partition system across 8,713 SF at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, featuring custom walnut wood-veneer and AEC Standard fabric finishes. Completed 2017.
Advanced Equipment Corporation supplied and installed 8,713 square feet of manual operable partition systems throughout the event and meeting space at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport, one of the Pacific Northwest's premier waterfront hotel properties. The installation was completed in 2017 in collaboration with general contractor Sellen Construction Co. and architect Mulvany G2 Architects. The hotel's ballroom and breakout rooms feature a combination of individual and paired panel configurations utilizing #2, #3, and #8 track systems. SIGMA 'B' panels with custom fabric finish provide the primary ballroom division with high acoustic performance required in a luxury hotel event environment while blending seamlessly with the contemporary interior design. A signature detail of the project is the SIGMA 'D' panels finished in custom walnut wood veneer, which serve as statement architectural elements in the hotel's corridor and suite-level spaces. The warm wood finish was custom-matched to the hotel's interior palette, demonstrating Advanced Equipment's ability to deliver premium custom finishes that elevate partition systems beyond functional dividers into featured design elements.
