Operable Panel Partitions, manufactured and installed by Advanced Equipment Corporation for Del Oro High School in Loomis, California.
The defining feature of this installation is the full-height marker board finish applied to the GAMMA 'O' panels — transforming every panel face into a usable writing surface. Students can write directly on the partition walls during group work, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, making the walls a functional part of the learning environment rather than just a divider.
Designed by HMC Architects and constructed by S C Anderson Inc., the project reflects Del Oro's commitment to flexible, activity-based learning environments where space and furnishings actively support student collaboration.
